I am now officially sanctioned by the Institute of Brewing and Distilling to generally brew. In other words I passed the General Certificate in Brewing exam. Well chuffed about it obviously, it gives me a good base of all-round brewing knowledge and it's a great stepping stone to bigger things.
So now I make sweet, sweet beer at Mondo Brewing Co in Battersea. Mondo is Italian for 'world', which is apt as it's run by two Americans, on Hungarian kit in industrial Battersea!
