Last Thursday I spent the day helping out at Southwark Brewing Co. The guys were kind enough to show me all the ins and outs of the brewing process and let me get good and dirty trying it out!
We worked on a small batch Kolsch and their best selling Bermondsey Best, so when you enjoy a pint at The George you can think of me!
So thanks again to the Southwark guys, Peter and Paul, for a cracking day of brewing education and good old hard work!
