After helping out at a few smaller breweries around town, I’ve landed myself a three month work placement at Fullers Griffin Brewery in Chiswick. I’m working as a Brewhouse Operator (aka Brewers Bitch!) so I spend my days checking on the brew, adding the hops, taking gravities and generally running up and down the stairs!
They’re a great bunch there and I’m learning a lot, despite the 4am alarm call! My 3 month contract runs until November, but hopefully something more will come of it after that!
