So now I make sweet, sweet beer at Mondo Brewing Co in Battersea.
Mondo is Italian for ‘world’, which is apt as it’s run by two Americans, on Hungarian kit in industrial Battersea! They’re top lads, making cracking beer and having a great time doing it!
Unfortunately I’m out for three months after my ACL knee surgery, so I won’t be working until September!
