I am now officially sanctioned by the Institute of Brewing and Distilling to generally brew. In other words I passed the General Certificate in Brewing exam.
Well chuffed about it obviously, it gives me a good base of all-round brewing knowledge and it’s a great stepping stone to bigger things.
